Our Spaces
The Château de Fleury offers two types of accommodation, a well equipped gym, bbq areas, an enormous park and common areas.

With the INSEAD accommodation at the Château de Fleury, the rent is inclusive of all utility bills, internet, free laundry. There just remains the obligatory tenant's insurance which you will need to pay for yourself.

Enjoy living in modern, fully equipped, large apartments with original features, private bathrooms and kitchens, and still get the "Château experience".

Become one of the 'Fleurysiens' with a long network of ex-Fleurysiens behind you. (First one 1975) Large communal sitting and dining areas available.

Several areas for large parties, barbecues or picnics or simply enjoy walks in the Château Park, Table Tennis, Croquet, Table Football. Borrow the bikes or bouldering mats for climbing in the forest.
All bedding and linen is included. We are 10 minutes from INSEAD campus, all you need is to arrive with your suitcases and everything is ready for you. 1 month's deposit which can be used for your last month's rent. ​
